Grande Palisades readies for phased occupancy in 2009.
Synergy Group is constructing an 890-unit luxury condominium complex at Lake Austin Reserve near Orlando called the “Grande Palisades” and everything about the project is grand in scope and style. The project, scheduled for final completed in December of 2009, will be completed in three phases.
“By March 2009, approximately 20-percent of the luxury condominiums will be ready for certificates of occupancy and owner move-in. The Synergy Group will complete another 40-percent of the units for occupancy in September and the remaining 40-percent and substantial completion will be done in December of 2009.
Synergy Group began the 2.1 million square-foot project in 2007 for the 16 inter-connected, 7-story buildings and three six-level parking decks.
The massive project, which includes retail areas, a restaurant, and expansive lobby, features condo and hotel units in two bedroom or three bedroom configurations. The resort complex also features multiple swimming pools, jacuzzis, tennis courts, recreation areas as well as a fitness center and health spa.
“We are essentially building a mini-city on a beautiful 400-acre lakefront site,” said Bill Vermeulen, President of Synergy Group and project executive. “This is a classic partnering with the developer and community to build something that is truly unique and very special in terms of design and construction.”
Grande Palisades is grand by any measure. The project features five floor plans with 2-3 bedroom units ranging from 1,263 square feet to more than 1,500 square feet with balcony space adding another 500 square feet to the spaces.
