For a AAA 5,400 square foot build-out in a new shopping center in White Lake, Michigan, Synergy Group once again worked with Grubb-Ellis and Neumann-Smith Architects and Mike Bolger respectively. AAA in White Lake also an entire new build-out with touch-less bathrooms and recycled materials. Again, Synergy Group coordinated all ends of the project including IT and security while AAA handled the installation of furniture.
Grubb and Ellis acted as the owner’s representative/program manager for AAA and was pleased with Synergy’s work. A pre-determined list of materials and communication between all parties again made this project a success from start-to-finish.
