Synergy Group has worked on numerous high-rise office and commercial projects. The firm’s leadership has also worked on several hotels and aggressively marketed this experience to land multiple high-rise luxury resort condominium developments. Synergy is completing the initial $200 million resort condominium complex Phase 1 called Grande Palisades at Lake Austin Reserve near Orlando, Florida.
The project is a shining example of the quality and ability of Synergy to build high-rise projects. It was started while the firm was near completing a separate $50 million condominium/hotel complex in Orlando. Synergy started its Southeast Region office in 2005 and has earned a steady flow of major work while other contractors and developers were either halting projects already started or putting plans on hold. Synergy collaborates with developers/owners to make their vision become reality. By working collaboratively, Synergy was able to assist in value engineering and cost-estimating to provide solid budget information on which owners can make investment decisions.
