Interior Buildout
Synergy Group was chosen in a competitive bidding process coordinated by the brokerage and management firm of Grubb-Ellis to construct new branch customer service center locations for insurance giant AAA of Michigan. The projects showcase Synergy’s collaborative approach with Owner’s representative firms, Owner’s directly, architects and regulatory approval agencies.
By January of 2009, Synergy Group has completed two branch office projects for AAA of Michigan consisting of 15,200 square feet, a complete renovation in Troy, Michigan and a new build-out in White Lake, Michigan. The branch offices reflect AAA’s new office design standards for new company space and the renovation of dozens of branch offices.
