Synergy Group’s Florida office is ahead of schedule in constructing a 240-suite condominium/hotel complex called the Mona Lisa at Celebration, Florida. The project is slated for completion in November 2007.

International developer, Mona Lisa Hotels & Residences, which has developed more than $800 million in condominium/hotel projects in the French Alps, chose Synergy to build the $50 million project based on the firm’s demonstrated experience in quality construction and commitment to expansion in the Florida market.

Synergy will break ground in March on a new bank branch for National City Bank on Big Beaver Road near National City's headquarters building in Troy. The bank will be on property that the bank leases in the shadow of it's headquarters in the National City Center Building (formerly the Top of Troy building). The 3,500 sf. bank branch will be operational this summer.

Synergy Group has been selected to construct a new 150,000 s.f. office building in the Farmington Hills Corporate Campus in Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Synergy has begun construction of a 6,500 s.f. Aircraft Rescue Fire Fighting Station at Detroit Metropolitan Airport. This is the first design-build fire fighting station in FAA history. This station is scheduled for completion April of 2006.

Synergy Group is constructing a 23,679 s.f. Tractor Supply Company store at 26 Mile Road and Gratiot Avenue in New Haven Michigan. Construction has already begun.

Synergy constructed this 45,000 square foot light industrial/manufacturing facility in the Cherry Creek Corporate Park in Shelby Township. Design includes masonry and metal frame construction, brick facade, glass curtainwall, two interior 10 ton crane bays, state-of-the-art computer LAN system and storage mezzanine.

Construction was completed December 2004 with a planned 15,041 s.f.expansion now under construction.
